Pinhead is depicted holding the cryptic puzzle box in his hands with a vacant, otherworldly expression on his pale face. His blank expression is all the more unsettling with the addition of neatly arranged pins protruding from his entire head.
Great effort was taken to recreate the incredible details of Pinhead's costume, from the intricately designed line work of the Hell Priest's floor length black vestments to the rusted torture devices hanging at his waist.
